West St. Paul police were called to a residence where a man could be heard yelling, throwing things and causing domestic disturbance. He was allegedly very drunk and had consumed unknown substances. Police arrived and he fled in a car. West Saint Paul police escalated a high-speed chase, and the man reportedly became more erratic in driving and crashed into two parked vehicles, was ejected and died.
