OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
The Jacksonville Sheriffs’ Office and SWAT arrived at a location in the Clearwater Townhomes at Gate Parkway in Jacksonville to arrest Ian Piscatelli and Briana Arreola for shooting into an occupied residence on a previous occasion. Police made contact with the pair who were locked inside of the home and heard Arreola say that she would shoot it out with police instead of going to jail. Police made forcible entry into the home and found both dead from homicide and suicide under police duress respectively.
