A man on a MARTA bus engaged in an altercation with the bus driver with what is described as an “edged weapon”, fled, was located by police who saw him with a pair of scissors and shot and killed him. The man had been unhoused and was on the bus without having fare. The bus driver allegedly physically threw him off the bus and Miller picked up scissors.
