Prairie Village police allegedly tried to traffic-stop a vehicle. The vehicle sped away and crashed, ejecting the driver who died. Police so far claim that they did not chase him at the moment of crash. It seems that the crash occurred due to a police stop and it is therefore listed here until it is clarified that police had released demand from being ”in custody” which everyone is considered while at a traffic stop or during pursuit.
