OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
During a surveillance operation for fentanyl sales, the Gang Task Force of multiple agencies stopped an individual who allegedly fled on foot. Police chased him, fired beanbags and shot and killed him. Conflicting versions whether or not he had been armed can be found in media reports. It is unknown if police identified themselves.
