Goodyear PD arrived at a residence on Golf Club Drive and Desert Sage Drive in Goodyear, AZ on a call that a man in mental health crisis was stabbing himself. When police arrived, the situation escalated and the man allegedly began walking toward police. Officers John Timm, Leonard Spadavecchia and John Robishall opened fire and shot and killed him.
