An off-duty CBP agent claimed that men were breaking into a vehicle. He confronted them and claims they pulled a gun. The off-duty agent shot and the men fled and took an injured man with them and then dropped him off at a hospital where he died. No BWC footage and no eyewitnesses to verify this story can be found as the off-duty agent wore no camera.
