OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Witnesses heard 5-6 gunshots and called police to the 4100 block of Strawbridge Court in Dover Township where a man and woman had been seen entering a residence. Police arrived, brought SWAT and established a perimeter. SWAT made contact during which he and the female were reportedly alive inside. Police allege they heard shots fired and broke into the residence. Police found a woman shot to death and a man who fired a bullet and killed himself when he heard SWAT breaking into the home. Megan Saunders, 29, was killed and Devon Elias, 31, died by suicide under police duress.
