Dallas PD arrived at a call about a domestic argument where Donathy Wayne Doddy had pulled a gun. Police reportedly knew him and claim that he “charged at them”, causing them to shoot and kill him with 15 bullets. Dallas PD released BWC video which are heavily edited and fail to verify these claims.
