OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Houston PD were sent on a call about a man who allegedly hit a vehicle with a pole and was disrupting traffic. Police found him and confronted him and claim that he had a knife. He did walk away, but allegedly turned back toward police still had a knife in his hand. Police shot and killed him. No video can be found to verify the official statements.
