After an alert was issued for a kidnapping in Kentucky, ALPR located the car in MS. Hernando PD and Senatobia PD chased the car until it crashed. Police allege that Ronnie Lee Martin ran from the car with a weapon and that they shot and killed him. No eyewitnesses or video evidence can be found to corroborate the police narrative.
