Paragould PD were called to a home in the 100-block of South Rockingchair Road around 7:14 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 18, to remove an unwanted person. When police arrived, the man allegedly opened fire on the two officers. Police shot and killed him. He was not publicly identified.
