Police received a call that a person had been prominently displaying a red and yellow swastika sign from scaffolding atop the building. Police said the swastika has gone up and down since police responded to the home several weeks ago.The man had been displaying nazi symbols and loudly played a wide range of music, from opera to salsa, sometimes throughout the day and night. He occasionally broadcasts hateful rants, including ones targeting President Joe Biden.
About 9:40 a.m. on 06/03/2023, officers responded to a call of him being armed with a gun on a rooftop in the 4100 block of West Chicago Avenue. When police arrived, Litsiardakis allegedly entered the building and refused to exit the property. SWAT were called and besieged the home. Hours later, officers forcibly entered the building and discovered him dead inside from suicide under police duress.

He approached her and she provided him with a false name. The deputy initiated a traffic stop on the woman who was a passenger in a vehicle in on the entrance ramp to I-90 East. The woman fled on foot and the officer began chasing. The deputy alleged that she assaulted him and then ran back to her vehicle and took off at a fast speed. The deputy escalated a chase which reached 100 mph and continued until she rolled the vehicle at the Route 11 exit. She was ejected and died.

Police say Williams’ bike was unregistered, and they claim that he was driving recklessly when he collided with an unmarked cruiser on the University Heights Bridge. On May 29, 2023, Perry Gene Eaves Jr., a 42-year-old detainee at St. Francis County Jail in Forrest City, Arkansas, was found unresponsive in his cell approximately one hour after being detained. Earlier that day, Eaves sought medical care at the Forrest City Medical Center but was turned away. Refusing to leave the hospital due to severe distress and fear for his life, Eaves was arrested by Forrest City Police officers for trespassing.
Body camera footage revealed Eaves pleading for his life, repeatedly stating, “I am not trying to disobey… Let me live,” and “Please don’t let me die.” Despite visibly bleeding from his mouth, officers reassured him that he would "be fine" and dismissed his pleas, saying, “You’re a dumb***,” while laughing. Eaves retched, vomited, and begged to return to the hospital, stating, “I’m bleeding to death. Please help me live.” Instead, he was handcuffed, carried to a patrol car, and transported to the jail.
An attorney for Eaves’ family revealed that Eaves was dehydrated, became hypovolemic, and suffered a heart attack. Eaves’ family has filed a lawsuit against the St. Francis County Jail, alleging negligence and mistreatment. It remains unclear why Eaves was bleeding profusely, and the lack of immediate medical attention has raised serious questions about the actions of the officers involved.
