OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Police received a call about a man displaying some erratic behavior. He allegedly had a gun and fired it. The man fled from the original location and was chased by police. Police claim that he fired shots toward them. This cannot be verified as the body cam is obscured as the officer walked up. Home security cam shows him hiding behind furniture and firing a shot while being shot in the chest within a second. He died.
