Sacramento deputies received call that Vincent Martinez was involved in a domestic violence situation and held his girlfriend hostage. Police surrounded the building. Martinez exited the building holding a rifle in the air. Police shot and killed him instantly. Multiple BWC recordings show his exit from the home and execution.
