Atlanta police were sent to a restaurant where Nygil Collins had allegedly gotten unruly. Police claimed that he had refused to leave and officers fired their Taser at him. then did leave but was attacked by a third-party and allegedly fired a shot at the third-party. Police then shot and killed him.
