Memphis Police officers were chasing a Dodge Avenger that had been reported stolen. Memphis PD deployed stop sticks and moments later, the driver of the Dodge Avenger ran a red light and crashed into four vehicles. Elbert Hayes III, the driver of the Dodge Avenger was pronounced dead at the scene. Five others were taken to local hospitals in non-critical condition.
