Moraine Police Department and Ohio State Highway Patrol officers arrived at a two vehicle collision on the highway. For unknown reasons, police attacked the vehicle of Elijah Isham with pepper spray. He was flipped on his roof and allegedly had a gun and cocked it. Officers shot and killed him. The gun claims by police were false as the “gun” turned out to be a plastic replica.
