Bernalillo PD responded to reports about a man with a gun. Police claim that when they arrived, Gary Lee DeSanctis was driving away. He then stopped, got out of the car and allegedly pointed a gun at police. Police then shot and killed him. No video or other evidence can be found to corroborate the police narrative of events.
