Police chased two people with open warrants in Santa Barbara County who carjacked a vehicle and allegedly robbed a liquor store. Police chased them for 35 miles at high speed with helicopters and police vehicles and then continued the chase with a K9 on foot until the 20-year-old committed suicide under police duress.
