OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
On May 17, 2023 at approximately 3:31 p.m., Mequon PD responded to a report of shots fired in the 3100 block of Bonniwell Road in Mequon, Wis. When police arrived, Pietro LaLicata had locked himself in his residence. He eventually exited and shot a gun towards officers. They shot and killed him. The officers were cleared by the DA.
