Larimer County deputies went to the home of Robert Wayne Webb to arrest him on outstanding warrants. He left the house and fled and a high-speed chase ensued. He finally returned to his home, leaving again together with a family member. Police stopped him and removed the family member who told him that he was suicidal. Police claimed that he put a gun to his head. Police shot and killed him.
