OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
San Bernardino deputies received a call that someone in a parking lot had a gun. Uniformed officers in an undercover/unmarked vehicle drove to the parking lot and allege that a man walked toward them. Police exited the vehicle with guns drawn and as the man was running away, they shot and killed Robert Marquise Adams.
