A 911 call was made for a “car prowling” in the parking lot of Englewood Vista Apartment complex on 57th and Main Street. Several cars had allegedly been broken into. Gladstone PD arrived and tried to arrest 3 men. Two were arrested without incident while one tried to drive away. An officer hung on to the car door as he tried to leave the parking lot and shot and killed D’Metrius Robinson.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg PD arrived to a residential address at Roundstone Way and Reames Road to find a man stabbing a woman. They shot and killed him. The woman was admitted to the hospital with critical injuries.

Pyramid Lake Indian Reservation PD tried to stop a vehicle for reasons they did not wish to disclose. They placed spike strips to try to stop the vehicle. Police allege that the person hit a patrol car, killing officer Anthony Francone, and was shot and killed. The FBI is investigating because the deceased was Native American.

Lincoln County deputies arrived to a domestic disturbance call and found Thomas Varvera Jr. who shot deputy Robert Wagner in the chest. The deputy was in stable condition. Jayvion Barthel had allegedly pulled a gun on someone in a school fight. The event passed but police continued looking for him. Blandon Township PD in Ohio arrived at a shoplifting call as Ta’Kiya Young, 21, was leaving. Police had been told that she had shoplifted a bottle of liquor. Police boxed her car in as she tried to leave the parking lot. When she tried to drive past the police barricade, she was shot and killed by numerous shots through the windshield by Officer Connor Grubb. She was unarmed. She had been six months pregnant and her baby girl died along with her. On 08/12/2024, a Grand Jury indicted Officer Grubb on 4 counts of murder.

NYPD was conducting an undercover narcotics buy-bust sting and set up Eric Duprey, alleging he had made a small drug sale. Eric Duprey left on his scooter. NYPD undercover agent Erik Duran who was in plainclothes and not identified as police, picked up a 40-pound ice cooler he had taken away from a picnicking family that was filled with cold drinks and threw it at Duprey’s head, striking him in the face, allegedly shattering his skull, knocking him off the scooter and slamming him into a tree where he died. He was unarmed. His family is adamant that they were on the phone before and during his death and that he had only been passing through because he was a bike food delivery worker. His wife was not informed of the death and police refused to give her any information when she learned of it. His mother in Puerto Rico who had been on the phone with him when he was killed is demanding justice and questioning NYPD’s recital of events. On August 24, 2023, the decedent was sitting in his parked car in rural Susquehanna County at Lewis Lake. He had recently moved back from Florida to a childhood home near the lake where his family owned land and was visiting the area. A Pennsylvania State Police trooper arrived and according to his messages to family, the trooper harassed him, possibly for a second time within several days.

On 08/24/2023, the man was in his car by the lake when he was again approached by what is believed to be the same local trooper. He was able to respond, answered the trooper's questions that yes, he had legal guns packed and locked away in the back of the vehicle when asked about guns. He was moving back to PA and had his belongings with him and answered truthfully that everything including guns were stowed away in the car. He was able to text message this information to his family during the stop.

It is unknown what happened to escalate things but the trooper after an argument fired 10 bullets in his face, killing him.

PSP claims that they do not have any BWC footage. They refuse to disclose the name of the shooter trooper but expect the family to believe the undocumented narrative that he had made a threatening move during the traffic stop that required this point blank execution. The family is unable to get any more information nor his belongings back to date while PSP are investigating themselves. THe man's identity is known and withheld per the family's request.

On August 24, 2023, at approximately 10:40 PM, Columbus Police officers responded to a report of a man violating a protection order in the 1100 block of Rendezvous Lane. Officers attempted a traffic stop and claimed that Jamie David Overstreet, 36, did not stop. Police escalated the situation into a high-speed chase that continued for approximately five miles.

As a result of the pursuit, Overstreet’s vehicle collided with another car at Parsons Avenue and Corr Road. A Columbus Police helicopter was deployed to assist in tracking Overstreet’s movements. The pursuit concluded in the 1300 block of Marion Drive North, where Overstreet exited the vehicle and fled on foot.

Officers alleged that Overstreet displayed a firearm during the foot chase, and an officer opened fire, discharging five rounds and striking Overstreet once in the back. Overstreet was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 11:42 PM.

The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation conducted an inquiry into the shooting. In September 2023, a Franklin County grand jury declined to indict the officers involved. Overstreet’s estranged wife later filed a federal civil lawsuit, alleging the use of deadly force was unjustified and claiming a lack of transparency regarding the incident. A federal court recently ordered the release of the officers’ names, despite the city citing Marsy’s Law to withhold their identities.

Bakersfield PD received a 911 call about a burglary in progress from a community member. When they arrived at the address, they found the “community member“ who had called them was also the same person who opened fire on Jason Taylor Boles who was also reserve officer with Bakersfield PD and that no burglary had taken place. The reserve officer was not named and his reason for setting up Boles is unknown.

Deputies initially arrived at the home of William Hardison to evict him. Police arrived in very large numbers, presumably because Hardison was a “sovereign citizen” who did not recognize police authority. A shootout ensued when he locked himself in and refused to come out. A total of 75 officers who had fired more than 1,000 at him were suspended after killing him. President Joe Biden had to be personally informed of this police war against one man in Pittsburgh.

Aurora PD monitored a street event through their surveillance cameras, saw a man pull a gun and rushed to the scene. Police allege the man was uncooperative and they shot and killed him. It later turned out that the man had been robbed and was holding a gun to try to escape the situation when police arrived and killed him. So far, no eyewitnesses or video are available to verify the police narrative.

After the murder of a woman, Suffolk County deputies created a standoff with Gary Jones. Lovely Toney, 3, in the apartment next door, was shot through the wall and survived. Jones committed suicide under police duress.

Fairmount PD attempted a traffic stop on Kyeiree Myers for reasons they would
not disclose. Kyeiree allegedly stopped and then walked away from the car and
the approaching officer. Another officer on foot began chasing him, stopped him
and escalated a fight with him. Kyeiree ran from this officer, jumped in the patrol
car and drove away. Police fired shots at him. Kyeiree stopped a while later once
he was out of range of the attacking officers and collapsed onto the roadway
because he had been shot when fleeing from the attacking officer. As he fell, two
cars including another patrol vehicle in a row ran over him and killed him.
