Timothy Shafer was allegedly driving drunk and being chased by Christian County deputies. Police hit him with a PIT vehicular attack and he crashed, allegedly drew a gun and was shot in the head and killed. Also killed was his passenger, 23-year-old Donna M. Bailey.
