Sequim PD and Clallam County deputiesarrived at a domestic violence call, heard gunshots from inside the building/residence that they felt were directed at them outside. Police claim that Terris Vincent Hetland exited the building and shot at them. Police then shot and killed him. No video can be found to verify the police narrative.
