Jerome County deputies chased Arlo Campbell and ended up shooting and killing him. Campbell was known for disliking police and it was reported that he was armed at his home and vowed to kill police if they invaded. He seemed aware that police would do so. Police did raid his home and got into a shootout with him but never explained why.
