Salem PD believed 16-year-old Robert Fletemier-Brown was responsible for a prior incident and arrived to arrest him. Police claim he started shooting at them. Police responded with flash bangs and M-80 rifles shot and killed the 16-year-old. The killing was justified by a Grand Jury.
