Police in Houston shot and killed a person at a grad party who allegedly threatened his neighbors with a knife Saturday night at a home in the 100 block of Palmyra Street. Police state that a man was carrying a knife after complaining that his neighbors were playing their music too loudly. Officers saw the knife and shot and killed him. The officers were not charged.
