A Rusk County deputy conducted a traffic stop on Timothy Michael Randall. The deputy claims he was patting down Randall who was trying to hide something in his waistband. Police escalated a struggle and shot and killed Randall. He had been unarmed and posed no threat to police when killed. The officer was cleared by a grand jury.
