Marietta PD were sent to 2360 Delk Road after a report of a suspicious person. When police approached Ralph Esteban Ramirez, he allegedly attempted to flee in his car and struck a police vehicle and police claim that he pinned and dragged an injured officer with his vehicle. Officers shot and killed him.
