Police saw scratched paint causing them to believe a vehicle may have been involved in a hit-and-run and that the vehicle was swerving. Police escalated a hunt that ended when the vehicle crashed and exploded in a fireball. Dominique Jackson had committed no crime but was confirmed by family to have been afraid of all police.
