Ontario County deputies said they saw a white car driving recklessly on Route 96 and tried to stop it. The driver fled and police escalated a chase to 85 mph into the Village of Victor where the chase struck an SUV. Kevin D. Cole was a third-party motorist hit in his car by the police chase. He died.
