Harris County deputies were called about an alleged drive-by shooting at a woman’s house Javier Alanis had allegedly been obsessing over for years. Police arrived, found the vehicle described and a man fled in the car. Police started a chase that ended in a foot chase. Police claim that Javier Alanis pointed a gun and was shot and killed. No bodycam video can be found to confirm the official claims.
