Oklahoma Highway Patrol and Oklahoma City police were contacted by police in Sedona, Arizona, about a stolen vehicle in Canadian county. Highway patrol located the car and attempted to traffic stop the driver. Trooper claim that the man fired shots through his rear window at them. Troopers stopped the vehicle, and claimed that the man got out with a rifle and fired at them, and then locked himself in his vehicle. Troopers shot and killed him.
