Rhyker Earl Reportedly suffered a seizure and 911 was called for an ambulance. Police arrived instead. He reportedly was still confused and stumbled and fell at an officer who arrived. The officer responded by handcuffing him pinned down in the prone position. Several officers reportedly knelt on top of him while EMTs gave him sedatives. His aunt reports that he was pleading for his life while being face-down in a pillow for a long period, repeatedly begging officers, telling them that he could not breathe. The aunt estimates that this lasted for 15 minutes until he went limp and was no longer breathing.
