Kaitlyn Kohler, a 27-year-old female pedestrian was crossing the street when a Port. St. Lucie deputy raced into the intersection at what was later reported 75-100 mph without lights, sirens or warning and hit and killed the woman. Deputy Bryan San Herazo will not be criminally charged and received a $1,500 fine and 6-month suspension of his license on June 12, 2024.
