An Elk Grove officer driving on Calvine Road reportedly noticed a stolen car and said the driver drove away.Police claim that they did not chase after the car due to traffic and the driver’s erratic behavior and that by herself after the encounter, the driver soon crashed at Franklin Boulevard and Calvine Road. Demetrianna Duncan was killed.
