Santa Rosa PD received a call about a man with a gun. They found a man with an AK-47 at the intersection of Todd Road and Standish Avenue and engaged in a shootout with him. The man fled and police chased him at high speed until he crashed and died. An officer was run over by another officer and suffered a critical head injury and burn wounds.
