OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Douglas County deputies together with a mental health worker were sent to a home on Peoria and Rosevelt in Meridian, where a suicidal man was in a mental health crisis, locked inside of a home. Police arrived and made contact with him, but he did not cooperate. He allegedly came out of the home with a gun. Several officers fired shots and killed him.
