Little Rock police stated that they saw a motorist driving recklessly through a stop light in Little Rock and escalated a chase until the vehicle crashed and exploded, killing the driver. Arkansas State Police has not given any information on the driver who was killed and the crash was not listed on the Fatal Crash Summary page of the Arkansas Department of Safety, presumably because the case is shielded from public view while being investigated.
