OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Port St. Lucie police arrived in the 600 block of NW. Marion Ave. for a call of a man with a “explosive device.” They found a man walking around with an open propane tank and a lighter. Police shot and killed him. They found his wife restrained with zip ties in the house. Small children were unarmed in the upstairs of the home.
