OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Morrison County deputies and the Minnesota BCA went to a residence in the 1700 block of Castleberry Road in St. Cloud because they believed that an endangered 14-year-old runaway was sheltered with a man there. Several agencies, including SWAT arrived and launched a tactical approach, details of which are unknown, during which the man died from suicide. The teen was found unharmed.
