OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Temple PD were sent on a mental health welfare check for Billy Gordon, who was allegedly intoxicated and throwing things around his house, pouring milk on the floor and drinking dish soap. Police arrived and fired tasers at him multiple times. After the fourth taser firing, he went to limp and died.
His sister told KWT that he had substance addictions and had just tried to get into rehab, but was turned down because his wheelchair could not be accommodated.
