OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
A man was fighting with another person at a safe house at 11900 block of E. 16th Ave. in Aurora. Police arrived and shot and killed him when they saw him with a plastic replica gun. His family reports that he was an Army veteran who was known to play with AirSofts. The replica he had with him had been partially blue, making it visible that it was not a real gun.
