Knoxville PD were called to a “shots fired” situation during which a man had allegedly fired shots in the air in the 8000 block of Isherwood Lane in Knoxville. Police arrived with SWAT and ledge that Brian Testermann had a gun and did not put it down. Police shot and killed him.
