Jacksonville deputies alleged that they saw a drug transaction with guns being shown. The man fled and police chased after Hayden. Police found him and claim he had a gun. They shot and killed him. Bodycam video shows that he was running away, holding a gun but had his back turned to police when shot in his back. BWC is linked. This was the second fatal shooting for Officer Bradley Griffits who had previously shot and killed Phillipe Pereira in 2020.
