OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Flagler County deputies and SWAT arrived at our location on Lake Charles Lane with a search warrant for Yairton Garcia. Several family members left the residence but he refused to cooperate, locking himself into the home. SWAT escalated a lengthy standoff, sent an ICOR Mini-Caliber robot into the home to deliver a phone, but he refused to communicate. They sent the robot again for surveillance of the home and found him dead from suicide under police duress in the bathroom.
