OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department chased a vehicle at high speed until it hit railroad tracks, went airborne on the tracks and crashed down, killing the driver ever be Mason. Eyewitnesses say that at least six police cars were participating in the high-speed manhunt and were seen converging upon the wreck immediately. It is unknown at this time why police chased Mason.
