OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Delworthington Gardens DPS stepped up patrols around a house on E. Ridgeway Dr. after a man had threatened violence to his family members. Police saw the man who fled in his car. Police pursued him and additional police departments arrived. After a 30 minute chase to Midlothian, the man stopped and exited the vehicle and allegedly fired a shot toward police. Police shot and killed him.
